CLEARCUT
Long Series Single Flute Router for Aluminium & Plastics
Description
Solid carbide single flute, upward spiral, 15° helix. Manufactured from Micrograin Carbide, to extremely tight tolerances with a highly polished flute.
Application
Designed to give an exceptional finish on perspex and acrylic materials. In some cases eliminating the need for flame polishing components after cutting. For best results on acrylics use on a well maintained machine, cut anti-clockwise and use ITC Minimal-Amount-Lubricant. This range of tool also offers exceptional surface finish on foamex and similar materials.
